Theophile is a Swiss CFO with over 20 years of experience in corporate finance, M&A, and entrepreneurship. After leading finance functions in large industrial groups and working in more than 10 countries, he co-founded an EPFL spin-off company (Lausanne, Switzerland), participated in various M&A transactions and most recently led the finance functions at SamanTree Medical and Lunaphore Technologies (acquired by Bio-Techne in 2023), successfully raising a large financing round and supporting their growth. He holds two MSc degrees in Accounting and Management. He is an alumnus of NEOMA Business School (Reims, France) and IMD Business School (Lausanne, Switzerland).
